Help the No on One Campaign - Protecting Maine Equality
The energetic and highly organized No on One Campaign is making its final push this weekend to get out the vote. There will be staging locations for canvassing identified supporters in York, Eliot , Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Biddeford and Sanford.
Please consider taking off Election Day and volunteering.
That will be our last shot at GOTV, and our teams are not big enough yet.
If we win, this will be the first time in history marriage equality passes at the ballot box. The odds are against us (we have lost in 33 other states), and the opposition's fear tactics are stealing votes every day. We need you: we can only win if EVERY supporter pitches in to save marriage equality in Maine.
Protect equality in Maine by volunteering from a staging location in your area. The two in ours is the York Harbor Inn and the Eliot Congregational Church on Main Street in Eliot.

Success is within our grasp if we all give some of our time and jump into action during these final days. You can also go directly to the campaign's GOTV headquarters in the ballroom at the York Harbor Inn starting Friday and offer to help out in person when you have some time.
This is what the campaign is asking for:
Door-Door Canvassers in every town Friday thru Tuesday, Election Day. The volunteer shifts will be starting at 9 am,12 noon, and 3 pm from the local staging locations. The most important days are Saturday and Tuesday.
Bring a friend or join the group in your area and help push the NO votes over the top!
